Local SEO Service Agreement

Uno Web Design cannot guarantee any specific search engine ranking or position, including reaching the number 1 spot on Google or any other search engine. SEO results are influenced by various factors, including competition, algorithm changes, and market conditions. While we strive to improve your search visibility and traffic, we cannot guarantee specific ranking outcomes. Actually, no one can.

The Local SEO program focuses on improving your visibility within your immediate vicinity. We begin by optimizing for searches within your business’s zip code, then expand to neighboring areas, and eventually target the entire city as your business grows.

The first 15 days are dedicated to strategy layout, setup, and tool configuration. After that, the Local SEO process includes:

• Keyword research and competitive analysis
• On-page optimization for local relevance
• Google Business Profile setup and optimization
• Local directory submissions
• Backlink building to boost credibility This process is ongoing to ensure continuous improvements in visibility and traffic.

Local SEO is an ongoing process, and improvements may take time to become evident. Clients should expect initial results within 3-6 months of service initiation, but full results may take longer depending on competition and market conditions.

The number of online directories to which the Client’s business will be submitted may vary depending on factors such as location, industry relevance, and SEO strategy. Directory selections will be made based on the Client’s specific needs, ensuring the best possible outcome for their local SEO efforts. We reserve the right to determine the most suitable directories for submission.

Local SEO strategies require ongoing updates due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms and market trends. Any necessary updates to the Client’s SEO plan will be communicated, and we will continue to make adjustments as needed to maintain the effectiveness of our efforts.

The Client agrees to provide all necessary access to website analytics, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms to facilitate our SEO services. Any delays in providing this information may affect the timeline and effectiveness of the SEO strategy. Additionally, the Client’s cooperation is required for requesting customer reviews, as well as consistently providing us with updated pictures, offers, and promotions. This ongoing collaboration is crucial for maintaining the relevance and success of the SEO efforts.

Corporate email accounts are managed under Uno Web Design’s server using Titan Mail, with a standard storage limit of 1GB per account. Should the Client require additional storage space, we offer upgrades at an additional fee, which will be calculated upon request.

As part of our Local SEO service, we will purchase a domain for the Client if required. If the Client prefers to retain ownership of the domain, they must indicate this preference at the outset of the project. In such cases, the Client will be responsible for all domain-related expenses, and no discount will be applied to the Local SEO package.

The first payment of the program is a setup fee, which will be split between a wire transfer and a payment via debit or credit card using our official payment link. Following the setup, monthly payments will be auto-billed to the same card at the end of each billing period. We offer a post-paid service to ensure satisfaction with each phase before payment is processed.

All prices and fees include VAT (IVA) as required by the Mexican government. Clients may request an official invoice (Factura) by providing an updated Constancia de Situación Fiscal.

We suggest a minimum 6-month commitment for Local SEO services to allow sufficient time for strategy development and visible growth. Clients may cancel services by providing written notice 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. Any outstanding fees must be settled before the cancellation is processed.

All content, strategies, and SEO plans created by Uno Web Design remain the intellectual property of the company. Upon request, ownership of any domains purchased for the Client can be transferred once all outstanding balances are paid.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or business information shared during the course of this Agreement.
